Location: Participating restaurants throughout Vancouver, WA ('The Couve').
What is Couve Food Fighters?:
The Couve Food Fighters event is a local culinary event created by restaurateur Steve Burns.
The foundation of the event is to both support local restaurants and to raise money for local Vancouver community food banks and charities.
All participating restaurants will create a unique dish that is not currently on their menu for up to $10.
During the event diners can come to this site to discover unique dishes from all participating restaurants

About Us
Meet Cameron
Founder of the Dining in the CouveWith deep roots in the Vancouver hospitality scene dating back to the 1980s at venues like Maxi's/Red Lion and The Crossing, Cameron brings a wealth of local knowledge.
He founded the popular "Dining in the Couve" Facebook group in 2023 to connect food lovers and is excited to channel this community energy into the Couve Food Fighters event alongside Steve.
Meet Steve
Founder of the Couver Food FightersSteve is a seasoned restaurant owner, currently operating the Moreland Ale House in Portland and Grady's Public House in Vancouver.
His hands-on experience in the food industry and passion for creating vibrant community spaces led him to creating and launching this exciting culinary compilation in Vancouver.
